In front of a 600 strong crowd of the health care leaders in Colorado on Thursday, October19th, Nymbl Science won the grand prize at the Prime Health Challenge 2017. Nymbl was awarded $45,000 in cash toward running a pilot with one of 4 leading healthcare companies. Kaiser Permanente, UC Health, Centura and SCL Health all “raised their hands” to plan a pilot with Nymbl to partner to improve balance and reduce falls in their respective healthcare systems.
“It was a dream come true for Nymbl or any health tech startup to get pilot offers from four of the largest healthcare providers in the state of Colorado” said Ed Likovich, who rocked the presentation for Nymbl. “We are honored to receive the prize money to help make these pilots a reality and are are extremely thankful for the opportunity to pitch at such an amazing event. Now the real work gets started as we integrate our balance improvement solution into the patient base of these incredible healthcare systems.”
Nymbl will be sitting down to discuss pilots with each of the 4 providers to see how we can reduce falls and validate our system for both outpatient and inpatient executions. Winning the award was just the first step – now the real work begins!
