Michelle is thrilled to be a part of the Nymbl family. Michelle comes to us with a colorful background in Customer Service and Account Management. She studied at Metropolitan State College obtaining a degree in speech communication with a minor in journalism (with an emphasis in PR). Some of her favorite career roles include: being a publicist, booking experts and authors on national and local media, working for iheartmedia as a reporter/producer for traffic and weather on KOA, an Account Manager in the office supply world, and most recently, a Family Service Counselor for Olinger Mortuaries and Cemeteries.
The most important role that Michelle has enjoyed throughout her career is the level of Customer Service that she is able to give to her customers and clients. She believes it takes a personal touch, great communication skills, solid knowledge and a bit of honest charm that make all the difference in any industry.
