Planning a “Balanced” Summer with Nymbl that includes lots of walking outdoors

Summer is almost here! Throughout the year, especially in cooler geographies, we spend a lot of time indoors. Now, with the sun shining, the trees leafed-out, and the winter coats stored away, the outdoors beckon. You don’t want to pass-up the chance for a walk in the park, a hike in the mountains, a visit to the local arts festival, a picnic with the grandkids, or even a tour of a new city.

The list is extensive! But all this summer fun can increase your exposure to the risk of falling. For many of us, the risk can seem too great to take on.
